NHD waterways overlaps buildings

We noticed several waterways overlapping buildings while working on Northwest. This was an old import from the National Hydrography Dataset. Many of these streams were either diverted or don't exist anymore. For now, we leave it as it is if we can't find any visible stream in the imagery. In the future, we should think of ways to fix this.

Perhaps you can leave an OSM Note whenever you see these? Someone who goes there to ground-truth might be able to see evidence of a buried or diverted stream.
