Overview
The first few pull requests were a brute force upgrade to GitHub Apps.
Take a second pass to:
- Replace the Gist Deployment Output - #4
- Understand implication of disabling
.netrc - Remove Scopes from OAuth
- Test other Notifiers/Providers
- Update Unit tests
- Validate switch to postgresql DB
