Can SRS be used as a HLS slice server for static video files?

Static HLS video files server only, we rarely use live broadcasting, most of the time we play static video files.

Describe the solution you'd like
In addition to live streaming, SRS can also automatically slice static HLS files, all in one.

Additional context
I followed the example of https://ossrs.net/lts/zh-cn/docs/v6/doc/sample-http and can directly access the files in http_server{dir}, but defaultVhost{hls_path} will not automatically generate HLS.
