Unknown device as smartwatch identifier instead of OSSW

The smartwatch is identified as "Unknown device" in the Watches section of the android app.
Not sure, but may be the result of a "format" form the settings menu

With a new firmware flash I got the proper label (OSSW) but again this morning I have "Unknown device", the label was lost again. No format this time.
