Descriptive summary

Publish work job fails with ED2 error message simple as 'publishing_failed'. By searching SA production with upload file name and session id, the ingestion to SA has this error 'error='NoMethodError: undefined method `strip' for #ActionController::Parameters:0x000055cb9cd044a0'. The code is pointed to param_scrubber.rb.
