I emailed instructions and a tracking sheet to Franny on 6/29. Instructions are on the OSULP OJS Github Wiki at https://github.com/osulp/ojs/wiki/Guides-for-Project-Staff.

Timing didn't work out for migration collaboration and the guide was not needed.
