(UO) OURJ being moved to Scholars Bank / Franny handling it

Remaining:

  • Peripherica still has 2 unpublished issues with associated submissions and galleys
    * Konturen, 11 media files exceeding upload size limit (submissions and galleys otherwise complete)

The OJS export tools only give published and 'active' submissions, so I think that means anything not assigned to a journal issue didn't get exported. I did a side by side of the submission IDs in the Files Browser vs the inventory of migrated content and found a significant number that were not included. It's likely that the majority, if not all, is unwanted content including spam, rejected submissions, test items, etc. but in the interest of thoroughness I made local copies and am emailing each journal to ask if any of it should be moved into OJS3.

It's been over a week since I emailed these files out to journal managers and have not had any requests for moving these submissions to OJS 3. I'll keep local copies in case requests do come in, but am considering all content to have been migrated out of OJS 2.
