Need to update FAQ page with security updates

Should be in place by the Jan 6th workshop.

Need to add some information into the FAQ page regarding the new security roles. That users must be approved and organizations/schools must also be approved before creation and access. Add some in about the school editors (teachers) vs. contributors (students).

@CarvellWakeman would you please update the text font on the page? It matches up to the line just before "Data". Everything in black after that is a different font.
