g:brightest#enable_highlight_all_window breaks visual mode in fugitive

Perhaps this isn't only related to fugitive but it seems like this option breaks staging files in fugitive's status window using visual mode.

Without this option set, if I hit - then all the files will be staged. With the option set, nothing will happen.
