consistency in subcommands

Some sub-commands reverse the noun and verb structure. E.g:
jic show comment
jic comment add
jic comment edit
One consistent method would be nice (I don't care which, but technically it might be easier to do 'jic comment show' than to do 'jic add comment', 'jic add whatever'.

New version of jic (from v14.43.1 and on) has a completely revamped CLI, whihc renders this bug report not actual anymore.
Resolution: Fixed.
