[BUG] Either remove Help or implement

TabCount was rejected on a second update (Japanese Translation) due to the lack of working help. For TabCount I opted to simply delete help from the menu and re-submit.
If TabCount gets approved with missing help, I'll remove Help for wbmExtension as well.
If it doesn't, I get to have fun and figure out how to do a help book
