Boost 5 feaure shouldn't count "web.archive.org"

I did observe something though: The 5-site count includes web.archive.org.

This has the side-effect of the following:

Go to URL with the 5-site boosted. Now it will say 4-sites.
On Wayback, select “Save current site”
When current site redirects to web.archive.org to save, that is counted as 1 hit. Now it will say 3-sites.
Since web.archive.org doesn’t save its own sites, it’s probably safe to blacklist that site from the count.
