Can this be used to inject some text at the beginning/end?

I know it's possible to load from external file, but how do you construct the match pattern for this use case?

mmmm, probably yes ....

but you need to specify some matching pattern for where the some text will be injected ... take a look the examples:

News about what?
I had to add an html comment with a specific text in it and instruct htmlmin not to touch it.
Cannot use some random text because my document has to remain a valid html.

It was a question, not a bug report. Apparently I've found a solution, so closing it...
