No Menu Entry after Installation

Hello!
I've installed Contao Cookiebar 5.x-dev via Contao Manager.
According to the documentation, it should show a new menu point in the back end navigation, which doesn't show for me.
The cookiebar module does show up under modules, aswell as the template "ccb_opener_default.html5" under templates.
I tried using the module, but it only generates a non-functional link in the front end.

Please check your browser extensions and deactivate all extensions that hide cookie banners or similar.
