Need help installing & running on Apex Minecraft Hosting

I know how to use this, and have before, but I need to run it on Apex Minecraft Hosting servers through their panel. The files of this server are not on my PC, they are on Apex Minecraft Hosting. How would I install it on this?

You will most likely not be able to run this unless you have ssh access. This isn't a plugin, it's an external program. Best to ask you host's support.
