Labels doesn't display correctly...

I followed the 3 guides and i have the problem that is reported in the new guide... the labels (NEWS_TITLE, REGISTER_PROMPT.......) aren't showing right... i've tried on xampp and it works but i hate xampp, so i followed your guide and downloaded mariadb, phpmyadmin, php7.0 (now 7.1), run composer, migrate and all the guide says..
now im stuck with this problem... what i have to do?
