Black to be updated to fix click dependencies

hi,
Last workflow raised an error while installing blackpackage (due to an update from click).
Black should be updated to version 22.3.0.

I'm not sure to understand, why you have bumped the black package in the first place?

hi,
Black is used for the lint stage in .github/workflows/tests.yml.
My last pull request failed due to some broken dependencies.
