„New interface“ link redirects to CA site

Describe the bug

On the “My support tickets” page I’m asked whether I want to switch to the new interface. When I confirm this dialog, I’m redirected to the CA login page where I’d cannot log in with a non-CA account (“Error: Invalid Account ID or password”).

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Log in to www.ovh.com.
  2. Goto https://www.ovh.com/manager/#/dedicated/support.
  3. Click on “Switch to new interface”.

Expected Behavior

I can log in to the Help Centre with just a click.

As far as I can tell, it’s actually an issue with https://help.ovhcloud.com/csm?id=csm_cases_requests which redirects to https://ca.ovh.com/auth/?onsuccess=https%3A%2F%2Fca.ovh.com….
If I manually edit the URL in my browser’s addressbar in order to navigate to https://www.ovh.com/auth/?onsuccess=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ovh.com… I get the proper login confirmation window.
