OVH_CLOUD_PROJECT_SERVICE environment variable not taken in account to fill serviceName

In the Terraform provider, in order to fill the serviceName we can simply set the OVH_CLOUD_PROJECT_SERVICEenvironment variable

The issue is that even if we fill the env variable, we have a message telling us to fill serviceName.
