The alert system right now is nice but we might want to make a few changes to improve UI/UX
- Shrink it down a bit, vertical space is precious
- Add a "dismiss" option, keep track of which alerts have been dismissed
- Also I'm now realizing there's no "clear mod warnings" button in this manager so uh add that
