[Feature Request] Kill logs window when main manager window closes

The logs window staying open causes some problems, and I feel like it's easier to just kill it vs fixing those problems. Plus I don't see why it would stay open in the first place, it's always annoying me.

Problems I noticed:

• When the logs window is open, protocol urls stop working.
• When the logs window is open, trying to open the mod manager again will do nothing (since it's already open), you need to close the logs window first.
• Both of these on Windows, not sure of the behavior on other platforms.
