OWML Settings are not saved from the GUI

What Happened?
Changing OWML settings form the GUI and clicking 'save' doesn't actually alter OWML.Config.json.

Actually, it's not just OWML settings, none of the settings are saved.

Strange, I tested the latest build on my machine and saving both settings of the manager and OWML's is working fine. Which distro are you using?
