bug: config.json from releases not being deleted

#155 implemented #152 to avoid using config.json from the releases zip files. However, for some reason that I couldn't determine, this is not working for me. This release of The Vision currently has a config.json with "enabled": false (this will be probably fixed soon so it would no longer be an example you could test) and when I install the mod it's disabled by default, so clearly the mod manager hasn't deleted the configuration file from zip file.
