Unable to install mod manager again

Hello, first of all, im dummy, because all of this was my fault, but wana try a post here. I uninstalled the game with the modmanager folder inside the game and now triying to uninstall the manager, its unable to find the uninstaller (bc im stupid af) so now i cant install the mod manager in my new game folder installed in my new disk drive and im looking for answers but nothing showed (sry for my bad english). Any help would be appreciated
