panic creating shell completions

Describe the bug
Trying to create shell completions for squealer it panics.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. wget https://github.com/owenrumney/squealer/releases/download/v1.1.0/squealer.linux.amd64
2. chmod +x squealer.linux.amd64
3. ./squealer.linux.amd64 completion
4. ./squealer.linux.amd64 completion bash
