Update information on how to get started with theme-example

With 10.0.9 - theme example is removed from release tarballs and resides in https://github.com/owncloud/theme-example

Please reflect this in the documentation so no further confusion is caused for people starting with their personal theme

@settermjd and @voroyam created a script a while ago. This should be adjusted, maybe start with wget https://github.com/owncloud/theme-example/archive/master.zip or something…
