Wrong path for browsing to Impersonate settings shown in the manual

In the manual we say here: https://doc.owncloud.org/server/10.0/admin_manual/issues/impersonate_users.html#restrict-impersonation-to-groups-group-administrators
But Impersonate settings are located in User_Authentication Section instead of Additional
