It seems to be impossible to long click a link in an article to open it in a browser.

Am I the only one or can somebody else confirm this?

Could this also be solved by (an option to) generally open links in the browser? That would IMHO make interesting links more accessible, because the default browser can be better configured to the user's needs. For example by tab-syncing to a desktop PC.

I think the long click suggestion is the best solution. I've implemented it yet and it will be available within the next update.
@Cathryne I think a long click (1 second) is acceptable for everyone. I don't want to create too many options for the users. Am I wrong?

No, I got around to understanding this aversion to option ;-)
