UI Inconsistencies

The UI should be changed to a strictly module based system. The current UI design should be normalized to be the same as the homepage. Ideally they would share the same base UI modules, but be extended to prevent unintentional bugs. The modules should be context based. I've created some modules here that show what this could look like.
