when i using boot maven without a parent, error:

If i change the parent with spring boot parent,it is ok !

I still have not a clear picture of what you did. For the records:

This project must be used in a Spring Boot project. So the parent must be a valid Spring Boot release (currently all the 1.5.x versions should be fine).
that issue usually happens when a dependency declared before another depends on the same library but with a prior version. Switching the order of the dependencies may help, without need for explicitly importing another dependency (Guava in this case). For the sake of the detection of the issue source, you were supposed to use the dependency tree. In your case:

mvn dependency:tree -Dverbose -Dincludes=com.google.guava

Yeah, the problem is in the version used. I think the missing method were added in version 19, while 18 was used. Explicitly provide the guava version you want and this should solve the issue.
