Cloudflare Access support

I have all of my domains pointing to my home IP behind Cloudflare access. My home IP is whitelisted so it doesn't need to go through authentication, the only issue is, my home IP changes.

I think we can assume that the Cloudflare Acces policy is already setup, so this script would just need to update it with a PUT request: https://api.cloudflare.com/#access-policy-update-access-policy
