I updated the index.theme file, the icons seem less blurry to me now. The shell theme does reduce the size of the icons though so there's that too.

Yup, the blury is now fixed with the index.theme being fixed. Should we leave this open for them being small too or leave that for another time?

I'd say leave this open because (I think) the shell theme shouldn't do that.
