"..." in directory names doesn't work for Windows users.

Line 41 in submission_downloader.py causes issues for Windows users because directories can't have "..." at the end of their names. For Windows users that line should be commented out.

i just made a commit for this , i don't know if the author will merge , is this project still active

I am not actively working on saveddit every day but I will happily merge improvements, bug fixes etc.
