Manifest link for FVTT v.9 compatible version?

Every manifest link for this module version 2.0.13 and onward lead to the latest release version, not the version indicated. For those of us hanging on FVTT v9 until there's more compatibility with the modules we use, could we get a link to the version compatible with v9?
