Header file saiacl.h missing while make

Hi all,

I synced latest code from this repository and got the following error while make

Making all in switchsai

But, the header file is in p4lang/SAI/inc/saiacl.h.

Please, let me know how to resolve this issue.

I am closing this issue.

There is no header file exist in folder switchsai/submodules/SAI. The sync was done improperly.
