Equinox is a TCP/IP based SYN reflection over HTTP & HTTPS services from a list.
The target receives all of the SYN,ACK responses from this reflection and thus the OVH mitigation system would start blocking legit SYN,ACK responses along with the attack traffic. Causing customers to not be able to connect outbound to web services on the ports reflected with.
