Lz4 1.94 available and now LZ4 1.10.0 with multi core support

Version 1.9.4 of lz4 available.
can use https://github.com/cielavenir/p7zip/releases/tag/22.01.3 if you are ok with my version
This fork is without information of new things like LZ4 1.9.4.
and in this project here in readme.md is also no information about this new fork.
New release available but near nobody knows.
I hope here for better information of community.

Jinfeihan57 can you look in this version of cielavenir and check for community to a new best version of p7zip.

But who knows this here und in the distributions of Linux and their programs?
In readme.md is no information of this older state of this project here.
The README says:
- LZ4 1.9.3 only
- Zstandard 1.5.2 only

The main warehouse still uses lz4 1.9.3. My PR has not yet merged.
