Enzyme setting issue

Hi,

I have a question about how to set the enzyme. I would like to set a trypsin that cut after RK but not P. However, on the GUI of pGlyco3, there is no place that I can set not cut before P.

We didn't implement this kind of enzyme yet in pGlyco
