I haven't folder admin123

After finished installation, folder "admin123" do not exists.
if they come in downloaded zip file, it's not inside zip file.
also, A front page is very bad, only text.
I was do taht on localhost
php is 8.1.2

go to https://mysite.com/admin123/ to login to admin area.
