wont let me log into admin panel

**I installed through softaculous on the server, before install it gives admin username, email, password to use,,i install, says successful, but when I go to admin log in, to set site up, it gives a error. saying wrong email, username or password, but i used info provided..i uninstalled and re installed, same issue, i can not log into admin panel..so no way to do setup of the site..it is version 17.9.0 on softaculous ...I have seen where others have had the same issue, what do i do to fix this so i can set the site up in admin panel? the site goes online, i registered as a reg member, but admin panel login does not work properly?? hope someone has an answer to fix this issue for me, thanks
