Hi, I think I found a bug in your tweak, I don't know if you already now about it.
With NoAnnoyance installed, Reminders app won't sync anymore with iCloud over 3G network, while it will keep syncing over WiFi.
Uninstalled your tweak, Reminders restarted to sync properly over 3G and WiFi with iCloud.
