Does ball task output differ across machines (based on screen refresh rate)?

#5 Now, with "smooth" movement of the ball, the movement amount per win.flip()
is a ratio of the TR to the monitor refresh rate.
I am hoping that this is consistent across machines, but @cccbauer @jiahez @fmorfini maybe we could test with the same simulated MURFI outputs with your setup and compare across sites?
