Improve mask registration pipeline robustness

Sometimes the register step from MURFI doesn't work well because of the bet skullstrip removing too much brain. @dpagliaccio has some ideas for improvement/automation I think

We can add a QC check to pull up FSLEYES with both the extracted and non-extracted brain to check the contour to QC this step (if parameter tweak is needed)

Addressed by #24 - images to check the registration are automatically created with the register step is run from MURFI
