On CU MURFI laptop, not all resting volumes are collected by MURFI

MURFI seems to turn off after around 190-210 volumes while running resting_state, giving the message Killed.

I believe that we have seen this happen using both simulated (using servedata.sh) data and directly while scanning.

I believe this is now fixed in #1 -- at least with simulated data, disabling mask loading and GLM seemed to fix this on CU MURFI laptop
