一直转圈，激活不了了，就没法在我的套餐取消续订，这是要干嘛，怎么感觉被骗了，发了邮件也不回，再不解决就投诉了 I can't activate it, so I can't cancel and renew my package. What is this for? Why do I feel cheated, I don't reply to my email, and I complain if I don't solve it
