Inconsistent behavior on power failure

After doing some testing again, there are issues with the plugin when the power is terminated. It works just fine when there is a simulated power failure (i.e. stop the OctoPrint instance mid-print) or when a printer is disconnected from OctoPrint. This seems to be an issue with the state of the recovery.json file that is being written. In most of my tests I simply see an empty file when power is restored and the server starts up. I am going to do more testing (which I was avoiding because I didn't want to destroy my SD card by constantly pulling the plug).
I should add that this seems specific for RPi and probably other SBCs. Not an issue on machines that aren't using SD cards.
This should be greatly improved in latest release, 1.1.1.
