Hi,
I'm rerunning the benchmark in your Kallisto paper and in the Snake file (https://github.com/pachterlab/kallisto_paper_analysis/blob/nbt/seqc/Snakefile), the included scripts get_qpcr.R and seqc_helpers.R are not available on your github. It would be great if you could commit these files, or am I missing something?
