Using results in dropseq pipeline ?

does anyone know how to use the results further ? It doesn't look like they can be plugged into dropseqpipe or similar. It's a shame since it looks like a useful tool, or maybe I'm missing something.
It could be that I have not used kallisto yet, so this step might give me the output I need, albeit without the very nice QC information from the dropseqpipe pipeline.
