The recent refactoring left some cruft behind, including:

  • How and where sesh_with_large_data is defined and used.
  • How target_revision is used. Possibly it remains unchanged, possibly it should be superseded by, e.g., a parameter to prepared_schema_from_migrations_left used everywhere.

Reviewed. It looks now like simplifications would actually be more complicated.
