pact-broker describe-version -a 'A Spaced Pacticipant' -b asdf.pactflow.io
Produces
bad URI(is not URI?): https://npa.pactflow.io/pacticipants/A Spaced Pacticipant/latest-version (URI::InvalidURIError)

Update to the latest version please. I've put out a fix.
